Hati2 ketika meredah jalan licin dan berair
CUACA di Malaysia tidak selamanya cerah. Ada ketikanya pemandu terpaksa meredah hujan lebat menyebabkan jalan licin dan becak. Ketika hujan lebat, pemandu perlu berhati-hati termasuk memperlahankan kenderaan dan tidak membrek sesuka hati terutama menggunakan tayar lama dan tidak berbunga.
Walaupun hujan memberi kelebihan baik kepada sistem penyejukan pada bahagian enjin kenderaan, namun cuaca seperti itu menyebabkan pandangan menjadi kurang jelas apa lagi permukaan jalan licin yang boleh mengakibatkan kemalangan.
PEMANDU perlu berwaspada apabila merempuh air supaya air tidak terpercik membasahi enjin, khasnya bahagian sistem penyalaan.
Ada beberapa perkara yang perlu diambil kira sebagai panduan jika terpaksa meredah pada waktu hujan.
Pastikan bahagian bawah kenderaan tiada kebocoran manakala semua pintu mempunyai kedapan (seal) yang baik dan bahagian enjin, kotak gear dan galas (bearing) tidak berlaku kebocoran.
Sistem cekam (clutch system), sistem brek serta brek tangan dalam keadaan baik manakala .
Keadaan bunga tayar yang baik bagi cengkaman mantap manakala penggilap (wiper), hon dan sistem elektrik seperti bahagian lampu hadapan dan juga lampu kenderaan mestilah berfungsi dengan baik.
Perkara yang perlu diberi perhatian ketika meredah jalan dinaiki air ialah memberi laluan kepada kenderaan berat dan anggarkan ketinggian air yang diredah tidak melebihi had tayar.
Sekiranya di bawah satu kaki tinggi, pemanduan boleh dilakukan tetapi harus ingat, pandu kenderaan anda secara perlahan yang boleh.
Ia bertujuan untuk mengelakkan percikan air membasahi enjin khasnya bahagian sistem penyalaan (ignition system).
Jangan memandu laju kerana ia boleh menyebabkan bahagian enjin basah dan pengguna lain terutama penunggang motosikal dan pejalan kaki terkena percikan air.
Selepas meredah jalan dinaiki air, elakkan memandu laju kerana sistem brek anda tidak berfungsi sepenuhnya kerana permukaan brek basah.
Bagi mengatasi masalah ini, gunakan gear satu atau dua bagi kenderaan menggunakan sistem gear manual dan gear satu bagi sistem automatik.
Tekan pedal minyak dan brek serentak bagi menghasilkan kepanasan pada permukaan brek.
Press Release on "Engr and Ir"
In the early 1970’s and before the Board of Engineers Malaysia came into being,
Corporate Members and Graduate Members of the Institution were entitled to use the
designation “Ingenieur” or its abbreviated form “Ir.” before their names. This was
provided under a clause in the IEM Constitution and a person with the title “Ir.”
before his or her name therefore signified that he/she was a member of the Institution.
In 1989, the Constitution of the Institution had to be amended discontinuing the use of
the said title as an amendment to the Registration of Engineers Act in 1974 since then
provided the use of the title “Ir.” to registered professional engineers only. The
original prefix title to a person’s name which signified membership of the Institution
was therefore been taken away from the Institution.
Since then there were suggestions and calls for the Institution to look into the issue of
a replacement title to its members. Many members feel that there is a need to provide
an identity for the Corporate and Graduate Members of the Institution. The need for
this became all the more urgent as it was further noted that the membership of the
Institution has remained stagnant for the past few years.
After much deliberation, the Council of the Institution agreed that Corporate and
Graduate Members of the Institution could have the abbreviation “Engr.” affixed in
front of their names. The proposal was presented and approved by the members at the
Annual General Meeting in 2005.
The idea is for members of the Institution to use the title for better standing and
recognition and with the intention of promoting membership into the Institution. This
is also one of the ways of branding the Institution. Graduate members can also use
this title to the public at large with the confidence that an “Engr.” is one whose degree
has been vetted and recognised by the Institution. When such prefixes are used IEM
members are advised that they shall ensure that Grad IEM or MIEM or FIEM as the
case may be are affixed after their names to clearly indicate their respective grade of
membership of the IEM.
IEM members who are Professional Engineers registered with the Board of Engineers
Malaysia are free to continue using the abbreviation “Ir.” affixed to the front of their
name if they wish. “Engr.” is meant for the members of the IEM who wish to use this
abbreviated title before their names.
The IEM wishes to announce that Article II of our Constitution, dealing with
“Membership”, has been amended in the 2005 AGM, and approved by the Registrar
of Societies in 2006; with a new paragraph that reads as follows: -
“Fellows, Members and Graduates shall be entitled to the use of the title “Engr.”
placed before their names”

Cara terbaik bagi penjimatan petrol
CARA terbaik menjimatkan petrol dan mengekalkan tahap penggunaan petrol ialah dengan melakukan pelarasan enjin. Selain itu, perkara penting yang perlu diketahui pengguna ialah sikap dan cara pemanduan kerana ia banyak mempengaruhi penggunaan petrol kereta.

Fungsi minyak pelincir sejukkan geseran silinder
Namun, bagi kereta baru yang kali pertama menukar minyak hitam, ia boleh dilakukan pada 1,000 kilometer pertama seperti yang disyorkan oleh pengeluar dan pengedar.
Selain menggerakkan komponen dalam enjin seperti omboh dan bebola besi, ia juga bertujuan menyejukkan geseran kepada silinder dengan mengasingkan udara panas ke bahagian lain.
Penggunaan minyak pelincir juga mengelakkan komponen enjin berkarat selain memendapkan bahan bakar. Oleh kerana terlalu lama minyak pelincir itu digunakan, ia akan menjadi kotor akibat bahan bakar dalam enjin termasuk percampuran dengan air.
Oleh itu, pemilik kenderaan perlulah membaca buku panduan yang disediakan oleh syarikat pengeluar kereta cara menjaga ketahanan enjin kereta.
Lazimnya, minyak pelincir ditukar setiap kira-kira 5,000 hingga 8,000 kilometer atau enam bulan atau mana-mana yang terawal bergantung kepada jenis model kenderaan.
Bagaimanapun, sesetengah pemilik kereta lebih gemar menukarkan minyak pelincir sendiri kerana ia mudah dilakukan dengan menggunakan beberapa alat asas seperti pemutar skru dan bekas untuk mengisi minyak pelincir lama.

Keadaan itu mungkin berpunca daripada beberapa faktor terutama bagi enjin yang masih baru atau bahagian enjin yang baru diganti seperti dinding silinder atau omboh.
Masalah itu berlaku mungkin akibat proses penyesuaian bahagian terbabit menyebabkan berlaku kehausan sehingga minyak pelincir akan mengandungi serbuk logam.
Apabila keadaan itu berlaku, proses penggantian minyak berkenaan terjadi dalam tempoh singkat menyebabkan ia menjadi hitam dan kotor lebih cepat berbanding dalam keadaan biasa.
Jika keadaan itu berlaku anda tidak perlu bimbang dan tukarlah minyak berkenaan bagi melancarkan perjalanan kenderaan anda.
Ini kerana minyak pelincir berfungsi bagi membersihkan permukaan dinding silinder daripada oksida, karbon dan kerak yang terjadi hasil pembakaran dalam bahagian berkenaan.
Jadi, di samping mencairkan sebarang pemejalan minyak, ia turut membawa kotoran yang ada di dalamnya dan membersihkan bahagian berkenaan. Jadi, apabila sudah kotor, minyak itu perlu diganti baru dengan segera untuk mengelakkan kerosakan pada bahagian enjin.

If you take on a task with a smile but have no intention of actually completing it, you’re going to earn a reputation as an unreliable person. If you know you can’t or won’t complete the project, be honest about it. Your colleagues are relying on you, so your decision not to follow through impacts their jobs, too.
If it’s really a secret, keep it to yourself. Whether you know someone’s about to get fired or what the boss’ salary is, you’re going to get credit for spreading the news. You’re not exempt from being the subject of office chatter, either. Don’t expect your gossip-loving co-worker to suddenly have tight lips when it comes to divulging your secrets.
“Most savvy supervisors don't think longevity merits a raise – only high productivity does,” Lampton states. Asking for a raise because of how long it’s been since your last one will tell your boss only that you want more money, not that you deserve it. Instead, highlight the accomplishments you’ve made in the last four years, Lampton suggests. Prove the raise is merited.
When your boss comes to you with a problem, the last thing you want to do is to deflect blame to someone else. Maybe it isn’t your fault, but remember that you’re not in a courtroom and nobody’s looking for the culprit right now. All that matters is making sure the problem is solved and doesn’t happen again. Giving anyone in the office an ultimatum rarely ends in success. Whether you say it to a colleague or your new intern, you’ll only gain enemies and earn a reputation for being difficult. If cordial requests don’t work and threats are the only way to get things done in the office, you need to re-evaluate your work environment.

Yg x besnye bile keje kat area KL ni mestilah tekanan akibat jalanraya yg jem gile..
So alkisahnye pagi td aku pon merempit la ngan Kriss 100 aku nak gi keje..
Bawak kete pon x guna sebab sure sangkut dalam jem..
Tengah syok2 rempit pada kelajuan 70KM/j tu tetiba ada la sorang macik ni memintas aku dengan bergaya sekali...
"wah, bole tahan macik ni bawak moto",kata aku dalam hati..
Senang2 je dia tinggalkan aku kat belakng makan asap moto dia..lahabau tol..hahaha..
Utk pengetahuan rakan2 semua macik ni bawak yamaha LC...
Jadi perkara yang membangkitkan aku punye minda ialah, sebenarnye macik ni yg ada skill mencilok dalam kesibukan jalanraya ataupon moto dia yg lebih berkuasa dpd moto aku tu membuatkan dia lg senang memintas?

Selain dpd teh tarik ngn roti canai, byk org menjadikan nasi lemak sebagai santapan pagi mereka..
Pagi ni aku sempat tapau Nasi Lemak Udang+Petai sebelum masuk opis..sodap gak...
Bese try lauk kerang atau sotong je..mmg stylo la akak yg jual nasi ni..SODAP BEB!
Pape pon, byk pendapat mengatakan nasi lemak akan membuatkan kite cepat mengantuk..
Betol ke? Kalo mata menghadap computer je..aku rasa xde la mengantuk..klik sana..klik sini...ada je web yg dibukanya...hahaha..
Kesimpulan nye, breakfast like a king, lunch like a queen..dinner like a maid!

Rumah saudara meninggal

actually, seremban ni kg belah arwah ayah aku..adik beradik dia semua ada sana..tp ramai yg dah meninggal akhir2 ni..
Sampai je sana, jenazah nak sedia nak disembahyangkan..aku pon join je la..
Settle solat jenazah then follow pg kubur plak..
Insaf sejenak dengar talkin yg dibacakan tok imam..

Kebisingan di waktu pagi..
Pagi2 dah memekak je..sekarang ni org malaysia suka sgt plak main2 hon..lebih2 lg pengguna motosikal...
Aku tau la masing2 suke cilok2 masa nak gi keje..lebih2 lg time jalan jem..
Mula la sekor2 mau tunjuk bakat mencilok..
Tp x kisah la..kalo korg terer mencelah, aku xde masalah pon...

Biggest Loser Asia
At the final weigh-in yesterday, Gurnani (nicknamed King David on the show) charted an astounding total weight loss of 83kg (he came into the competition weighing 157kg) and a body fat percentage loss of 53%.
“I am really happy. I am a competitive person by nature and I was willing to do whatever it took to win ... even if I had to go to the extreme, it was worth it,” said Gurnani at a press conference held immediately after the event.
To prepare himself for the finale, the 25-year-old revealed that he took two months unpaid leave to work out eight to 10 hours a day.
As the winner, Gurnani walked away with US$100,000 (RM350,000) and a car sponsored by Renault.
The Biggest Loser Asia closely follows the original American series of the same name. Participants live in isolation for three-odd months with no contact with family or friends.
They are divided into two teams (red and blue) and have to work out six hours a day and adhere to healthy meal plans.
At the end of each weekly episode, participants are weighed and the two with the lowest percentage of weight loss will be up for elimination.
Gurnani may have grabbed the top spot but his fellow finalists’ weight loss was no less remarkable.
Malaysian boy Mokhtar recorded a total weight loss of 60kg from 159kg.
“I started off being in the competition for myself and my family and then people started telling me to do it for Malaysia. I truly see it as a privilege to represent my country,” said the 30-year-old father of two.

Concreting sequence
But what actually the bars responsibilities in the structure?
For somebody who has working in the construction field, they know..
Actually, the rebar act like our bones...its was a bones for the structure..without it,we may cannot build high building or even lower building...
But the most important things is, with the rebar our structure can be strengthen well...
As an design engineer, they may need to design sufficient rebar to carry loads accordingly..
Supervision also play a very important rules..
Bad supervision means bad products as well...
The tendency for the contractors to cheat still there..
So there comes the duty of the Resident Engineer or Clerk of works (COW) to ensures contractors always construct with a standards and following the specifications..
Here some of the looks of the rebars and also the formworks for the construction of the pile caps..
After completing rebar & formworks inspection, then the times for casting take their roll.
Before the concrete trucks were allowed to pour the concrete at the elements, Slump Test must be done 1st!
This is to ensure that the concrete ordered were following the design grade required & the workability of the concrete were right.

Ni nak share kisah pasal RHB Bank Salak selatan..dah sebulan aku wat report cip card rosak..then katanya 2 minggu akan dpt replacement..
Tunggu punya tunggu,xde..so aku pon call la centre..
Dia kata,xde pon system detect pape report from brunch...bikin panaz ni..
Tapi xpe la..aku pon g serbu RHB salak selatan nak tanye psl kad aku..
Lepas pot pet sket sama itu officer, then dorg akan forward semula report aku tu g HQ..
Then cam bese la,sambung tunggu lg...sampai la sebulan..
Still xde replacement jgk..
Xleh blah tol..so pagi ni aku pon kol centre wat kali yg kedua..This time dorg kata mmg xde pape report pasal card replacement dlm system..WTH?
Last2 dia offer suh wat kad baru with a different card no..
So ok la kot..dpd aku jenuh tunggu branch yg lembab tu proses..Xkisah la no baru ke..ape ka..janji ada bendanye..
lagipon dah bayar gov tax RM50..haruslah digunakan servisnye ye x?
SO...kalo dlm 2 weeks xde gak kad baru utk aku..its time to nailed them again!
