Kisah si Puteri (Seri Puteri)

Jeng2...akhirnya aku berjaya jugak melapangkan masa untuk update kisah terbaru projek ni..kepada pemilik2 yg sangat curious utk mengetahui ape yg dah jadi dengan projek ni, what i can say is, this project will be delivered on time..InsyaAllah..

so far construction works berjalan lancar tanpa ada sebarang masalah..mesti baru2 ni owner ada perasan yg kitorang dah pasang tower crane..giant crane pulak tu..

warna kuning..kan..kan?hehehe..mende ni wajib pasang kalo nak cepatkan lagi progress...kapasiti angkat dia pon lebih..

yang paling penting dia bole bawak barang naik ke tingkat atas..al maklum la projek ni 22 tingkat..kalo pakai mobile crane (yg ada tayar tu) memang xkan tercecah la lantai atas..huhu..

Pasang tower crane kat foundation.

Installation in progress.

Almost done..yeah...
At the moment, Level 2 dah siap..ni kira parking level la..so sekarang our target nak siapkan level 3 pulak before krismas ni..hopefully sukses..

Concreting in progress. (L2 ni dah siap last week)

So rasanya ni je la kot yg aku nak update buat masa ni..ada masa free nanti bole update kisah yg lain pulak..hehehe..chaloo..!!

P/S: anything bole tanye kat ruangan komen.

Putra Suria Apartment Vs Seri Puteri Kondominium

Atas permintaan ramai, especially pembeli2 pangsapuri yang dibangunkan oleh Amber Resources sekalian, dengan ikhlasnye den update ape status projek2 yg sedang dikendalikan..walaubagaimanapon, sebahagian data mungkin terpaksa di sensored kan atas budi bicara pemilik blog..muahaha..

Block A..x lama lagi nak bawak turun dah kain hijau tu..cat dah siap!

Block B...dah cabut kain hijau tu..sapa2 yg beli blok B?haa...x lama dah tu nak amik kunci..haha

Bumbung pon dah dipasang dengan smart sekali..
Parking Lot under construction at Block A

Anyway how about Seri Puteri?

So far kerja2 underground dah 98% complete..now nak mengorak langkah buat parking lot setinggi 3 tingkat before rumah2 kalian yg bermula dengan Level 4 dibina..our target is about 2 level disiapkan dalam masa sebulan..laju ke x agaknye?hehehe..

Papepon layan je la dulu sebahagian photo yg aku rasa nak share ngan korang sume wokey!
Cerucuk yg menjadi kaki kepada sesebuah bangunan.

Ground floor beam

Ground floor column

P/S: belilah aset seperti rumah..bukannya melabur untuk liabiliti (kereta)...renung2kan..

Bina Rumah untuk manusia.

Since all the site work and my paperwork untuk hari ni dah siap, so aku pon nak merajinkan diri menaip kisah untuk hari ni..makin rajin nampaknya abg inginiur kita memenuhi isi2 blog beliau..ahaks..

Ape agaknye bahan yang best untuk dikongsi? Ermmmm....Ape kata kalo aku share kat korang gamba projek aku yg dah almost sampai ke penghujungnya..hopefully end of this year siap..pastu bole dapat bonus..muahaha..(macam x iklas je keje kan).

So far sebahagian daripada projek aku ni dah siap dengan cat..so bole la nampak rupa..projek yg aku buat ni meliputi 508 unit pangsapuri dengan 2 blok bangunan setinggi 16 tingkat..jenuh nak jaga kualiti setiap rumah2 pembeli ni..tapi bak kata orang, kerja yang iklas, PAHALA adalah balasannya..ALHAMDULILLAH..

So layan je la gambar yang aku sempat tepekkan kat bawah ni..sesiapa berminat mendapatkan nasihat tentang bidang Construction ni, bole la drop je kat ruangan komen tu wokey..

ADVANTAGES OF INDUSTRIALISED BUILDING SYSTEM (IBS)

According to CIDB (2003), compares to conventional construction method, the
industrialised building system has the following advantages:

i. Less construction time
IBS requires less construction time because casting of precast element at factory
and foundation work at site can occur simultaneously and the work at site is only
the erection of IBS components. This leads to earlier occupation of the building.

ii. Cost savings
The formwork of IBS components are made of steel, aluminium or other materials
that allows for repetitive use and this leads to considerable cost savings.

iii. Saving in labour
When the IBS components are produced in factory, higher degree of utilisation of
machine is permitted and the use of labour will be reduced and lead to saving in
labour cost.

iv. Less labour at site
The use of IBS will reduce the construction process at site and consequently reduce
the number of labour required at site.

v. Optimised use of material
The utilisation of machine during the production of IBS components lead to
higher degree of precision and accuracy in the production and consequently
reduce material wastage.

vi. Higher quality and better finishes
An IBS component have higher quality and better finishes due to the careful
selection of materials, use of advanced technology, better and strict quality
assurance control since production in factory is under sheltered environment.

vii. Construction operation less affected by weather
Faster project completion due to rapid all weather construction. The effects of
weather on construction operation are less due to the fabrication of IBS
components is done in factory while at site is only erection of the components.

viii. Flexibility
IBS provides flexibility in the design of precast element so that different systems
may produce their own unique prefabrication construction methods.

ix. Increase site safety and neatness
Utilisation of IBS components leads to less construction process especially wet
work at site. This will lead to the neater site condition and increase safety.

x. Environmental friendly
The use of IBS will decrease the using of timber formwork on construction
projects.

High Rise Building Construction

Entry kali ni aku nak cerita pasal site aku plak..agak2 dah sampai tingkat berapa?dulu aku penah upload gambar..masa tu tingkat berapa ntah..aku sendiri pon dah lupa..muahaha..

Nak dijadikan cerita sekarang ni bangunan yg kitorang bina ni dah capai level 14..berani ke korang naik tinggi2 camni? mencabar adrenalin darah korang..keh2..tapi bagi aku yg dah biasa, tak de dah la rasa gayat tuh...biasa je kan..hehe..so korang layan lah gamba2 tu keh..kot nak tanye pape atau nak komen, drop je wokey!

Block B..tu tingkat 14..nampak x dorang tengah konkrit tu?

Ni pon Block B jugak..projek semasa yg aku buat ni ada 2 blok..508 unit rumah..

Yg besi kuning tu tower crane namanye..guna untuk angkat barang2 yg berat..

Yang korang nampak dari jauh tu plak Block A..currently tingkat 13..just 1 floor behind Block B.

Another view of Block A..ada bran tangkap gambar dari sisi bangunan tinggi cam yg aku buat ni?hehehe...budak2 yg keje high rise aku rasa memang dorang xde masalah..

Ni la rupa lantai rumah kalo korang nak tau..berselirat ngan besi dan juga "conduit" utk elektrical wires..
So sesapa yang minat tengok mende alah ni boleh la aku recommend korang masuk bidang pembinaan ni..perlukan ketahan tinggi you ols...!!

"Voodoo"..(ilmu hitam afrika)

Ape kaitan tajuk aku dengan entry kali ni? Nak cite sket pasal kreativiti orang yg keje site..

Sabtu lepas aku kene keje..dah nama pon dok site..sabtu pon keje la kan..nak dijadikan cite, aku as engineer kene la inspect besi2 dan sebagainye kat Level 4 sebelum boleh dibenarkan proceed concreting..tapi lepas abes aktiviti "inspection" aku naik jap Level 5..so aku nampak la objek ni..haa...jom tengok syaitan apekah yg aku maksudkan..haha..

Ni la voodoo yg aku maksudkan..kalo ada RE atau COW yg suka wat kaco..kasi jampi sket..haha...

Press Release on "Engr and Ir"

In the early 1970’s and before the Board of Engineers Malaysia came into being,
Corporate Members and Graduate Members of the Institution were entitled to use the
designation “Ingenieur” or its abbreviated form “Ir.” before their names. This was
provided under a clause in the IEM Constitution and a person with the title “Ir.”
before his or her name therefore signified that he/she was a member of the Institution.

In 1989, the Constitution of the Institution had to be amended discontinuing the use of
the said title as an amendment to the Registration of Engineers Act in 1974 since then
provided the use of the title “Ir.” to registered professional engineers only. The
original prefix title to a person’s name which signified membership of the Institution
was therefore been taken away from the Institution.

Since then there were suggestions and calls for the Institution to look into the issue of
a replacement title to its members. Many members feel that there is a need to provide
an identity for the Corporate and Graduate Members of the Institution. The need for
this became all the more urgent as it was further noted that the membership of the
Institution has remained stagnant for the past few years.

After much deliberation, the Council of the Institution agreed that Corporate and
Graduate Members of the Institution could have the abbreviation “Engr.” affixed in
front of their names. The proposal was presented and approved by the members at the
Annual General Meeting in 2005.

The idea is for members of the Institution to use the title for better standing and
recognition and with the intention of promoting membership into the Institution. This
is also one of the ways of branding the Institution. Graduate members can also use
this title to the public at large with the confidence that an “Engr.” is one whose degree
has been vetted and recognised by the Institution. When such prefixes are used IEM
members are advised that they shall ensure that Grad IEM or MIEM or FIEM as the
case may be are affixed after their names to clearly indicate their respective grade of
membership of the IEM.

IEM members who are Professional Engineers registered with the Board of Engineers
Malaysia are free to continue using the abbreviation “Ir.” affixed to the front of their
name if they wish. “Engr.” is meant for the members of the IEM who wish to use this
abbreviated title before their names.

The IEM wishes to announce that Article II of our Constitution, dealing with
“Membership”, has been amended in the 2005 AGM, and approved by the Registrar
of Societies in 2006; with a new paragraph that reads as follows: -
“Fellows, Members and Graduates shall be entitled to the use of the title “Engr.”
placed before their names”

Concreting sequence

Reinforment bar was very important for construction of bridges, buildings, dams and other structures.

But what actually the bars responsibilities in the structure?
For somebody who has working in the construction field, they know..

Actually, the rebar act like our bones...its was a bones for the structure..without it,we may cannot build high building or even lower building...
But the most important things is, with the rebar our structure can be strengthen well...

As an design engineer, they may need to design sufficient rebar to carry loads accordingly..
Supervision also play a very important rules..
Bad supervision means bad products as well...

The tendency for the contractors to cheat still there..
So there comes the duty of the Resident Engineer or Clerk of works (COW) to ensures contractors always construct with a standards and following the specifications..

Here some of the looks of the rebars and also the formworks for the construction of the pile caps..

After completing rebar & formworks inspection, then the times for casting take their roll.

Before the concrete trucks were allowed to pour the concrete at the elements, Slump Test must be done 1st!

This is to ensure that the concrete ordered were following the design grade required & the workability of the concrete were right.
Here i also posted some picture of the erection for the tower crane. This tower crane not yet completed pending to the approvals from Dept of Health, Safety & Occupational.
